    Wishing Well Therapy is a private-pay psychotherapy practice located in Princeton, New Jersey. We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and compassionate clinician to join our growing team.

    Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care to children, adolescents, young adults, and women. We value autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive work environment where clinicians can thrive.

    Please note: We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance.

    Position Overview

    • Employment Type: W-2, Part-time

    • Schedule: Flexible; clinicians set their own caseload

    • Minimum Requirement: At least one afternoon or evening per week

    • Optional: Weekend hours available

    • Work Model: Hybrid

      • In-person sessions required at our Princeton office

      • Option to supplement with remote/telehealth sessions

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications

    • Licensed in New Jersey as an LPC, LAC, LCSW or equivalent

      • LACs must have an approved supervision plan

    • Required: Experience working with children and adolescents

    • Energetic, responsive, and well-organized

    • Self-motivated and comfortable working with flexibility and autonomy

    • Able to obtain and maintain professional liability insurance

    • Master’s degree in a relevant field (required)
