Jacqueline L. Franciscus, LPC
FOUNDER & CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Hi, I’m Jackie — and I’m here to support you through the life transitions that shape who you are becoming. Whether you’re a high school senior facing the next big step, a college student navigating academic and emotional pressures, a young adult adjusting to post-grad life, or a mother stretched between caring for others and finding space for yourself — you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I specialize in working with late teens, college students, young adults, and women, with a particular focus on the transitions that define these seasons of life. From identity exploration and relationship shifts to career uncertainty, anxiety, and the emotional complexities of motherhood — I help clients make sense of the change and rediscover their footing.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen and heard. Using a client-centered, integrative approach, we’ll work together to clarify your goals, strengthen your coping tools, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.
Change can be overwhelming — but it can also be a powerful opportunity for growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here and honored to support you.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a proud mom of two and an Orangetheory Fitness enthusiast. You’ll often find me with a vanilla latte in hand, listening to country music, or rewatching The Office. I love to travel and experience the world through the curious, joyful eyes of my children.

Hi, I’m Rhea, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. My passion lies in working with kids, adolescents, and young adults, helping them build emotional resilience and healthier patterns. If you're facing anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles, I’m here to support you in creating lasting change and a more fulfilling life.
I believe in the power of a collaborative, safe space where you can be open and authentic. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, and I’ll provide you with practical tools to manage life’s ups and downs. With two Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania—an M.S.Ed in Mental Health Services and an M.Phil.Ed in Professional Counseling—I approach therapy with a blend of expertise and empathy, using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Structural Family Therapy. My goal is to tailor our work to your unique needs while respecting your background and identity.
When I’m not in session, you can find me indulging in skincare, watching Bollywood movies, or reading contemporary romance and romantic fantasy novels. And yes, I’m always caffeinating with iced coffee—it's my go-to for energy and inspiration!
If you’re ready to take the first step in this journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way, with compassion and understanding. Together, we’ll create the changes you’re seeking and build the life you deserve.

Hello! I’m Bridget, and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Taking the step to begin therapy is courageous, and it shows your commitment to personal growth and well-being. I am excited about the possibility of working together to support you in achieving meaningful change.
My goal is to create an encouraging and comfortable atmosphere where you feel empowered to explore and grow. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort. My counseling approach is caring and compassionate, yet also direct, utilizing evidence-based techniques. Together, we will explore and address the root causes of your challenges while also focusing on developing practical tools and strategies you can use in everyday life.
I’m particularly passionate about working with teenagers, college students, young adults, and adult women who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem or body image concerns, depression, stress, and grief. To best fit your circumstances, I offer both in-person and remote sessions. Although starting counseling can seem overwhelming initially, it can be a deeply rewarding experience, and I look forward to connecting with you!
Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time with friends and being outside, whether exploring walking trails or simply appreciating nature.

Hi! I’m Katie (she/her/hers) and I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, a Level 1 Gottman Method Clinician, and EMDR trained.
I support individuals across the lifespan, couples, and families by providing a trauma informed, systems-based approach that helps people explore and process how past relationships and life experiences influence their day-to-day lives. By looking at these components as part of the holistic self, I help my clients to create meaningful change, form deeper connections and live their most authentic lives.
Outside of the private practice setting, the majority of my work has involved providing trauma-informed training and therapy in higher education. I am passionate about increasing awareness regarding trauma and its many forms, its prevalence and impacts, and making our communities more compassionate toward survivors and their loved ones.
Beyond this, my primary goal is to prioritize comfort for the client by meeting people where they’re at in their life, therapy, healing, and growth journeys. I feel especially drawn toward supporting anxious and first-time clients by leading with compassion to create a warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental space while working to establish an understanding of the therapy process, expectations, and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy live music, baseball games, traveling, and spending quality time with my partner, bubbly son, and two cats.
